This policy describes what DimenChain collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers the website only. Activity on the DimenChain platform itself is governed separately.

What this website collects

The only personal data this website collects is what you type into the demo request form: your name, your institution, your work email address, and optionally your research domain and a short description of what you are trying to solve.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

Why we hold it

We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the demo you asked for. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for as long as the conversation is active, and deleted within twelve months of the last contact unless you have become a customer or asked us to keep them.

What stays off-chain

Nothing you submit through this website is written to a blockchain. On the platform, raw research data also stays off-chain — only encrypted metadata, hashed proofs of ownership and smart-contract events are recorded. A hash cannot be reversed into the file it came from.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Third parties

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and reads the latest public Arbitrum block number from a public node in order to display it. Neither receives any of your form data.
